Abstract

Dalam proses bisnis suatu organisasi sekolah contohnya pada SMAN 1 Banjarbaru terdapat value chain atau rantai nilai yang merupakan alat dasar untuk memeriksa semua aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dan bagaimana semua aktivitas itu dilakukan serta interaksi dalam menganalisis sumber keunggulan bersaing. Rantai nilai ini kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan Ward dan Peppard dimana kerangka penilaiannya dimulai dari memahami situasi saat ini yaitu lingkungan internal dan eksternal, baik pada lingkungan bisnis maupun lingkungan sistem informasi dan teknologi, juga dikaitkan dengan bidang keuangan yang merupakan output dari implementasi dana BOS yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah dan bagaimana sistem informasi mengelolanya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan ruang lingkup SMAN 1 Banjarbaru sebagai objek dan subjek penelitiannya adalah segala aktivitas yang ada di sekolah serta elemen-elemen yang mendukung kegiatan sekolah. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi sekolah di SMAN 1 Banjarbaru sudah cukup mumpuni dan diperlukan beberapa peningkatan dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang guna menutupi kekurangan dan ancaman yang datang dengan menerapkan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. / In the business process of a school organization at Banjarbaru 1 Senior Highschool for example, A value chain is a basic tool for examining all school operations and how they are carried out, as well as interactions in identifying sources of competitive advantage. This value chain is then analyzed using the Ward and Peppard approach, in which the assessment framework begins with an understanding of the current situation, the internal and external environment, both in the business and information system and technology environments, as well as the financial sector, It is the outcome of the government's implementation of school operational assistance (BOS) funds and the information system's management of them. The research approach used is quantitative with the scope of Banjarbaru 1 Senior Highschool as the object and the research subject is all activities in the school and the elements that support school activities. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the school information system at Banjarbaru 1 Senior Highschool is quite capable and some improvements are needed by utilizing strengths and opportunities to cover the shortcomings and threats that come with implementing an integrated information system.
