Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Nomor 8 Tahun 2020 tentang Petunjuk Penggunaan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah menyebutkan bahwa “Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Reguler adalah program Pemerintah Pusat untuk penyediaan pendanaan biaya operasional bagi sekolah yang bersumber dari dana alokasi khusus nonfisik”. Dana BOS bertujuan untuk membantu biaya operasional sekolah bagi peserta didik dan meningkatkan asksesibilitas dan mutu pembelajaran bagi peserta didik. Sejak Pandemi Covid-19 masuk di Indonesia yang terjadi pada bulan Maret tahun 2020 menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan kebijakan dalam petunjuk teknis pengelolaan dana BOS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas alokasi dana bantuan BOS pada masa pandemi covid 19 di SMA Negeri 2 Ngaglik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data, studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan dokumetasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SMA Negeri 2 Ngaglik sudah mengalokasikan dana BOS secara efektif. / In the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 8 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the Use of School Operational Assistance, it is stated that "Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) is a Central Government program to provide operational cost funding for schools sourced from special non-physical allocation funds". BOS funds aim to help school operational costs for students and improve the accessibility and quality of learning for students. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic entered Indonesia which occurred in March 2020, there have been policy changes in the technical guidelines for managing BOS funds. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the allocation of BOS assistance funds during the covid 19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Ngaglik. The method used in this research is the method of data collection, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study conclude that SMA Negeri 2 Ngaglik has allocated BOS funds effectively. .
