Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan dan memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan PT AKR Corporindo Tbk periode 2018-2020. Penilaian kinerja keuangan perusahaan dilakukan dengan analisis rasio (rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, dan rasio solvabilitas) sedangkan prediksi potensi kebangkrutan perusahaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis metode Altman Z-Score. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh penulis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan metode analisis data. Data yang digunakan penulis merupakan data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan PT AKR Corporindo Tbk periode 2018-2020. Hasil dari analisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas dan rasio solvabilitas perusahaan dalam kondisi cukup baik sedangkan rasio likuiditas dalam kondisi tidak cukup baik. Hasil dari analisis prediksi potensi kebangkrutan perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2018 perusahaan dikategorikan sebagai tidak bangkrut (sehat) sedangkan pada tahun 2019-2020 perusahaan dikategorikan sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki masalah keuangan yang harus menjadi perhatian khusus. / This research aims to evaluate financial performance and to predict the bankruptcy potential of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk for the period 2018-2020. The evaluation of the company's financial performance uses ratio analysis (profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios) while the company's bankruptcy potential prediction uses the Altman Z-Score method. This research was done by the author using library research methods and data analysis methods. The used data in this research are secondary data in the form of the financial statements of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk for the period 2018-2020. The results of the analysis of the company's financial performance show that the profitability ratios and the solvency ratios are in good condition, while the liquidity ratios are not in good condition. The results of the analysis of the company’s bankruptcy potential prediction show that in 2018 the company was categorized as not bankrupt (healthy) while in 2019-2020 the company was categorized as a company that had financial problems that should be special concern.
