Abstract
Abstrak PT Krakatau Steel merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia yang berperan sebagai agen pembangunan pemerintah yang memberikan sumbangsih bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi nasional. Untuk itu,penting sekali memahami bagaimana kemampuan kinerja perusahaan PT Krakatau Steel dan prospek kedepannya perusahaan ini akan berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja laporan keuangan PT Krakatau Steel, memahami kondisi lingkungan bisnis perusahaan PT Krakatau Steel, dan juga mengetahui nilai intrinsik PT Krakatau Steel jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan industri sejenisnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Krakatau Steel sudah disajikan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) di Indonesia dan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan juga opini yang diberikan auditor adalah wajar dalam semua hal yang material, perusahaan memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing dan bertahan dalam industri perusahaan, dan juga didapatkan nilai intrinsik atau harga wajar saham PT Krakatau Steel lebih besar dari harga pasarnya. / PT Krakatau Steel is one of the state-owned companies in Indonesia that acts as a government development agent that contributes to the growth and development of the national economy. For this reason, it is very important to understand how the performance capability of the company PT Krakatau Steel and the future prospects of this company will run. This study aims to analyze the performance of the financial statements of PT Krakatau Steel, understand the condition of the business environment of the company PT Krakatau Steel, and also find out the intrinsic value of PT Krakatau Steel when compared to similar industrial companies. The research method used is qualitative analysis. The results of this study are the financial statements of PT Krakatau Steel have been presented in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in Indonesia and the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and also the opinion given by the auditor is fair in all material respects, the company has the ability to compete and survive in the company's industry, and also the intrinsic value or fair price of PT Krakatau Steel's shares is greater than its market price.
