Abstract
ABSTRAK Financial Distress mencerminkan suatu kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan mengalami penurunan, salah satu faktornya adalah krisis financial yang menyebabkan perusahaan tidak mampu bersaing dengan baik dalam mengahadapi masalah perekonomian tersebut. Ketika suatu perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan jika tidak dapat diatasi dengan baik, maka akan membawa suatu perusahaan kepada zona yang berbahaya dengan mendekati kebangkrutan. Kebangkrutan adalah kondisi perusahaan tidak mampu untuk melunasi kewajibannya, secara umum diartikan sebagai kegagalan perusahaan dalam menjalankan operasi perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prediksi kebangkrutan PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, Foster dan Grover. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dokumentasi dengan studi kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan data sekunder laporan keuangan PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan model Altman pada tahun 2017, 2020, dan 2021 hasil Z-Score menunjukkan perusahaan berada pada posisi Grey Area yang berarti kondisi keuangan perusahaan berada pada titik rawan terjadinya kesulitan keuangan. Pada model Springate hasil S-Score yang didapatkan adalah kurang dari 0,862 sehingga PT Krakatau Steel Tbk terancam bangkrut. Pada model Zmijewski diklasifikasikan tidak bangkrut, hal ini dikarenakan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai di bawah nol (0). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Foster PT Krakatau Steel Tbk pada tahun 2017, 2020, dan 2021 tidak berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan. Hasil yang berbeda ditunjukkan pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 perusahaan diklasifikasikan berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan. Berdasarkan penelitian menggunakan model Grover PT Krakatau Steel Tbk tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2021 diklasifikasikan memiliki potensi bangkrut. / Financial Distress reflects a condition of the company's financial performance experiencing a decline, one of the factors is the financial crisis which causes the company to be unable to compete properly in dealing with these economic problems. When a company experiences financial difficulties if it cannot be handled properly, it will bring a company into a dangerous zone by approaching bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is the condition of the company being unable to pay off its obligations, generally interpreted as the company's failure to carry out the company's operations to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the prediction of the bankruptcy of PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk using the Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, Foster and Grover models. This study uses documentation research with library research, using secondary data from the financial statements of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of research using the Altman model in 2017, 2020, and 2021 the Z-Score results show the company is in the Gray Area position, which means the company's financial condition is at a point prone to financial difficulties. In the Springate model, the S-Score obtained is less than 0.862 so that PT Krakatau Steel Tbk is threatened with bankruptcy. The Zmijewski model is classified as not bankrupt, this is because the calculation results show a value below zero (0). Based on the results of research using the Foster method, PT Krakatau Steel Tbk in 2017, 2020, and 2021 has no potential for bankruptcy. Different results are shown in 2018 and 2019 companies are classified as potentially bankrupt. Based on research using the Grover model of PT Krakatau Steel Tbk from 2017 to 2021, it is classified as having the potential for bankruptcy.
