Abstract

Karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana awal mula masuknya neobank di Indonesia, bagaimana keadaan neobank di luar negeri dan di Indonesia, bagaimana respon yang ada setelah munculnya neobank di Indonesia, serta mengetahui kepatuhan neobank terhadap peraturan yang ada di Indonesia. Karya tulis ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Penulisan ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa awal mula masuknya neobank terjadi saat berkembangnya fintech dan bank digital; perkembangan neobank di Indonesia diikuti oleh tren pembentukan neobank baru; serta kepatuhan Bank Jago dan Bank Neocommerce sangat baik dan sesuai dengan POJK Nomor 12/POJK.03/2021 dalam jumlah kantor pusat dan kantor cabang, serta struktur permodalan dan kepemilikan. / This paper aims to find out how the entry of neobanks in Indonesia began, how neobanks are doing abroad and in Indonesia, how the response is after the emergence of neobanks in Indonesia, and to find out the compliance of neobanks with existing regulations in Indonesia. This paper uses the literature study method. This paper concludes that the initial entry of neobanks occurred during the development of fintech and digital banks; the development of neobanks in Indonesia was followed by the trend of forming new neobanks; and the compliance of Bank Jago and Bank Neocommerce is very good and in accordance with POJK Number 12/POJK.03/2021 in the number of head offices and branch offices, as well as the structure of capital and ownership.
