Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian atas kebijakan akuntansi beban dan belanja pegawai mulai dari definisi dan klasifikasi, pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian serta pengungkapan pada KPPN Purworejo dengan aturan yang terdapat dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 71 Tahun 2010 tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan dan standar akuntansi pemerintah pada PSAP. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada KPPN Purworejo yang merupakan Satuan Kerja Kementerian Keuangan di bawah naungan dari Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan Teknik studi kepustakaan, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan proses akuntansi beban dan belanja pegawai pada KPPN Purworejo telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Penerapannya juga telah mengikuti ketentuan yang jelas dan terbaru sehingga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan oleh KPPN Purworejo. / This study was conducted to determine the suitability of employee expenses and expenditures accounting policies ranging from the definition and classification, recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure at KPPN Purworejo based on the rules contained in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards and government accounting standards on PSAP. This research was conducted at KPPN Purworejo, which is the Ministry of Finance’s work unit under the auspices of the Directorate General of Treasury. The method used by the author is qualitative. The author collects data by using library research techniques, field observations, and interviews. The results of this research indicate that the application of the accounting process for employee expenses and expenditures at KPPN Purworejo has been by the provisions set by the government. Its implementation has also followed clear and up-to-date provisions so that it can be accounted for by KPPN Purworejo.
