Abstract
Penyusunan Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir (KTTA) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem aplikasi SAKTI dan SPAN dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan di KPPN Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data dan informasi, digunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung ke KPPN Pontianak. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari kegiatan observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari materi perkuliahan, jurnal, internet, karya tulis ilmiah, dan sumber terpercaya lainnya. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian diolah hingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan SAKTI dan SPAN dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, proses bisnis Modul General Ledger dan Pelaporan (GLP), dan pembagian role user dalam mengoperasikan SAKTI dan SPAN sudah sesuai dengan teori, peraturan, dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Adapun dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, terdapat kendala yang dihadapi pengguna (user) dalam mengoperasikan SAKTI dan SPAN, di antaranya adalah sistem yang mengalami lagging, aplikasi SAKTI yang sewaktu-waktu mengalami maintenance, dan data laporan keuangan tertentu pada aplikasi SPAN yang baru akan keluar pada keesokan harinya sejak dilakukannya penarikan data./The preparation of this Final Project (KTTA) aims to find out how the application of the SAKTI and SPAN application systems in the preparation of financial reports at the KPPN Pontianak. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. In collecting data and information, literature study and field study methods were used by conducting direct observations and interviews with the KPPN Pontianak. Data and information are obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from observations and interviews, while secondary data comes from lecture materials, journals, the internet, scientific papers, and other reliable sources. The data that has been obtained is then processed to produce a conclusion that the application of SAKTI and SPAN in the preparation of financial statements, the business processes of General Ledger and Reporting Module (GLP), and the division of role user in operating SAKTI and SPAN are in accordance with applicable theories, regulations, and provisions. In the process of preparing financial reports, there are obstacles faced by users in operating SAKTI and SPAN, including the system experiencing lagging, the SAKTI application undergoing maintenance from time to time, and certain financial report data on the SPAN application which will be released on the next day after the data was withdrawn.
