Abstract
"Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui besaran tingkat disparitas antar wilayah dan penyebabnya di Provinsi Lampung dengan menggunakan pendekatan indeks williamson, indeks theil dan analisis shift-share. Jangka waktu yang digunakan yaitu tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan variabel PDRB per kapita dan PDRB atas dasar lapangan usaha. Hasil analisis indeks williamson menunjukkan tingkat disparitas di Provinsi Lampung cenderung rendah antar kabupaten dan kotanya. Sebaliknya, hasil analisis indeks theil menunjukkan tingkat disparitas di Provinsi Lampung cenderung tinggi. Perbedaan kedua hasil analisis tersebut dikarenakan indeks theil dapat mengukur kontribusi ketimpangan. Penyebab perbedaan tingkat disparitas di Provinsi Lampung dapat diketahui melalui analisis shift-share. Perbedaan tingkat disparitas disebabkan oleh perbedaan konsentrasi kegiatan ekonomi setiap kabupaten dan kota. Wilayah kota ditopang oleh sektor industri pengolahan; perdagangan besar dan eceran; transportasi dan pergudangan; jasa keuangan dan asuransi serta konstruksi. Sementara sebagian besar kabupaten berkonsentrasi pada sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan serta pertambangan dan penggalian. / This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the disparity between regions and their causes in Lampung Province by using the Williamson index approach, Theil index and shift-share analysis. The period used is from 2012 to 2020, using per capita GRDP and GRDP on business fields. The Williamson index analysis results show that the disparity level in Lampung Province tends to be low between districts and cities. On the other hand, the results of the Theil index analysis show that the level of disparity in Lampung Province tends to be high. The difference between the two analysis results is because theil index can measure the contribution of inequality. In addition, the causes of differences in the level of disparity in Lampung Province can be known through shift-share analysis. The difference in the level of disparity is caused by differences in the concentration of economic activities in each district and city. The urban area is supported by the manufacturing sector, wholesale and retail trade, transportation and warehousing, financial and insurance services and construction. At the same time, most districts concentrate on agriculture, forestry and fisheries, mining and quarrying.
